This policy explains what Arctic Survival (the “Game”, “we”, “us”) collects when you play, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Arctic Survival iOS application and nothing else.
The following is saved in the Game's own local storage on your iPhone or iPad and is never uploaded by us:
Deleting the Game removes all of this from your device.

The display name is whatever you type in the profile screen. It defaults to “Arctic Explorer” and is public on the leaderboard, so please do not use your real name if you would rather stay anonymous.
Every permission can be changed at any time in iOS Settings › Arctic Survival.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, stable game with a functioning leaderboard, and on your consent for notifications and for camera or photo access. You can withdraw consent at any time by turning the relevant permission off.
We use Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) for the leaderboard database, push delivery and analytics. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms; see the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete the data we hold, and to object to its processing. Because the Game has no accounts, the fastest way to erase everything local is to delete the app. To have your leaderboard entry or push token removed from our side, email us at the address below — mention the display name you used so we can find the right record. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Arctic Survival is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Firebase data is stored on Google's infrastructure with access restricted to the people who maintain the Game. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.
Firebase may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
If we change how the Game handles your data, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date. Material changes will be surfaced in the Game before they take effect.
